Nancy Esteves leads ICA’s HMIS services in Milwaukee, providing technical and analytical support to agencies in the Milwaukee Continuum of Care. A graduate of Marquette University, Nancy has over 20 years of experience in the social services field. As a bilingual case manager, Nancy assisted monolingual families transition from homelessness into housing which then led her to working as a System administrator. Nancy has worked with Institute for Community Alliances since 2014 and most recently created the J.E.D.I. (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) Initiative. As the Diversity Officer, Nancy provides training/presentations and awareness for the organization.  A Chicago native, Nancy roots for her favorite Chicago teams and is now an avid runner training for the Chicago marathon. Her daughter keeps her busy and they enjoy gardening in the summer and traveling throughout the year.
