Whether you are just meeting Stella Performance for the first time, or ready to re-engage and explore your LSA data – this workshop will provide a foundation for analyzing your system performance to support data-informed decision making. Presenters will share a live demo of Stella P, including a refresher of system performance measures, key concepts, and navigation tips for this dynamic visualization platform. The workshop will conclude with Q & A with a Stella expert and guidance on where to go to get more information and support to use Stella P. If you wish to follow along with your own Stella data during the workshop, you will need an active HDX2.0 account with “read” access to the LSA module for your CoC and a Stellavised dataset.

Journey of San Diego Continuum of Care in Responding to Racial Disparity

Black San Diegans make up 28% of the homeless population in the region even though they only represent 5% of the overall population. This is the result of historical, systemic, pervasive racial discrimination and ongoing inequity in our nation and community. Conducting quantitative data analysis will not have a meaningful and data driven solutions for this rooted problem. Even the qualitative data analysis facilitated by internal parties may have its own biases.
