Kat Freeman has been in HMIS since its inception. Originally working as the HMIS System Administrator for the State of Maine, Kat transitioned to a role as a national HUD Technical Assistance Provider, where she remained for 13 years before moving into private practice. Kat's current focus for the City of Boston is developing a course library for the CoC's Learning Management System.
