Elena Hampton-Stover, LMSW, has over a decade of experience including non-profit management and program development, implementation, and evaluation. She has expertise in the areas of homelessness and domestic violence as well as the design and delivery of training programs. She has designed and administered emergency shelter, transitional housing, rapid re-housing, and parallel coordinated entry systems and has served as a comparable database administrator. Elena is passionate about building capacity of communities to equitably and effectively respond to the housing needs of survivors and other underserved populations. Elena loves her home state of Arkansas for both the beauty of the Ozark Mountains and the excitement of the Arkansas Razorbacks.
